Nicole is a performance physical therapist with twenty four years of experience, a masters runner with seventeen Boston Marathon finishes, and is a UESCA certified running coach. She completed a Fellowship in Applied Functional Science (FAFS) through the Gray Institute and was a facilitator for the same program. She has a passion for working with runners and helping them become as efficient as possible using updated techniques and movement science. Nicole has extensively studied the effects of perimenopause and menopause on female masters athletes and empowers women to be proactive and strong during this challenging time. She continues to run marathons, loves to be outdoors, and has recently dabbled in improv to keep her brain running.

Evan was born and raised in Iowa and graduated from the University of Missouri in 2018 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He has been practicing in outpatient sports and orthopedics since then, and is passionate about sports rehabilitation and performance.

Evan enjoys partnering with his patients through hands on treatment, education, and focused exercise to improve function and performance. He takes an individualized approach to identifying dysfunctional movement patterns and addressing the underlying causes.

His athletic background is in swimming and triathlon, and when not in the clinic he is usually swimming, biking or running. He is a certified USA triathlon coach and has several years experience as a swim and triathlon coach.

When not training for triathlon he enjoys hiking and camping, playing intramural dodgeball and kickball, bikepacking, coaching endurance athletes, eating pancakes, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Nikki’s story has been a mixture of personal athleticism and providing massage therapy to high-level athletes and people returning from surgeries and injury. Her specialties are Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Post-Operative care.

In 1998, Nikki began working with professional road cyclists and triathletes in San Diego. In 2000, she worked for the Australian Institute of Sport to massage their Olympic candidates. Her resume is filled with Olympians, age group competitive athletes, post-operative care and people who suffer from chronic pain. Nikki has spent her adult life racing and training at a high level. In the late 1990’s she raced mountain bikes on the national circuit. She traveled to Colorado and fell in love with running and racing up the mountains of Colorado. She is now an avid marathoner with three Boston’s, Chicago Marathon and 2 CIM marathon’s and more on the horizon. As a therapist, Nikki loves helping people become their best selves. Nikki thrives helping others reach their personal race goals, she also genuinely loves helping clients recover from intense challenges, injury and surgeries.

Larry attributes his biomechanics expertise to his commitment to education and 13 years of experience as an orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapist. Nine years ago, Larry began to develop his biomechanics expertise through formal medical bike fit training at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine. In 2013, he continued to pursue his passion for movement analysis, by gaining advanced certification in lower extremity function and running gait analysis. By educating his clients and listening to their needs, Larry’s goal is to build a highly respected and science based biomechanics practice specifically for cyclists and runners.
